Meditation response tracker for Apple Watch
Deep Mind is designed to keep meditation and health information on your own Apple devices.
With your explicit Apple Health permission, the Apple Watch app reads heart rate during an active meditation and uses wrist motion to assess stillness. When you finish, the Watch saves the session duration to Apple Health as a mindful session. Calm Monitor separately uses recent resting heart rate, live heart rate and wrist motion to offer a breathing cue.
Reports transfer directly between your paired Apple Watch and iPhone using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework, and are stored locally with iOS file protection. Deep Mind does not store your health information in iCloud or on a developer-operated server.
You may create a manual backup file from Settings. Deep Mind does not upload or choose a destination for this file — you decide where it's saved.
Deep Mind has no user account, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or data broker integration. Your health information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
You control Health permissions in Apple Settings and the Health app, and can delete Deep Mind's local report history from within the app at any time.
